Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or custom-made items
Hygiene-related products
Clearance or final-sale items
Gift cards

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
